Great people, supportive management, no micromanaging, clear goals, great earning potential, transparency and innovation, plentiful incentives, meaningful work, incredible benefits and work/life balance

Technology can be a bit clunky but we are improving so it’s not really a con because they are great about implementing improvements and keeping us updated along the way

- Terrible management - Directors do not care to help junior team members and only care about making money and having to do little to no work at all - The leadership and higher ups pretend to care but do nothing at all to help or support anyone - They lie to you and make the job worst for everyone daily - Terrible culture and work environment- barley anyone has to go into the office and directors don’t even live in the same place as the rest of the team
