      Pros

      Plenty of SAS software available to access Free alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available. Squash and Tennis court available in the Sydney office

      Cons

      Very limited opportunities to access other related technologies Can get thrown into situations where you may be required to do work that you have no background in. Sydney office is in Lane Cove. Traffic around peak hour is shocking on Burns Bay Road.

      Beautiful campus, benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Too many “lifers” at SAS, lost touch with best practices. Promotions based on personal relationships versus truly being the best person for the job. HR seems to protect itself and has grown its kingdom. Out of touch management. IPO seems extremely unlikely.
