      growing/changing company; opportunities available for professional growth

      Cons

      performance was based on time seen at the office rather than output produced; unclear and contradicting expectations from management; big brother environment; surrounded by negative, unhappy workers; unprofessional environment; you get thrown in the deep end and try to swim type of training e.g. no training; outdated methods and procedures with little interest in changing

      Pros

      Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

      Cons

      You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
