    I have been working at Royal Bank of Scotland International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The colleagues and bank values were excellent, well paid, interesting work on occasions.

    Cons

    Project progress was slow, I felt like a very small cog in a huge machine that didn't make a huge impact. Never saw senior management in a year that I worked there.

    Great work life balance, Amazing benefits (Insurance, cab service etc), Tons of free food, gym and rest area at office

    Cons

    Slow moving and very hierarchical, old technology.
