      Floor management is fairly solid. If you stay long enough the stock options are nice.

      Cons

      Low pay. Raises are not performance based. Top performers must do more so others who are subpar can be protected by upper management.

      Love driving, basically work when I wanted, friendly place to work.

      Work there all most 5 years, made the same salary as I did when I started.
