Pros
Amazing possibilities for a person who likes to network and is motivated to work hard. Growth is fantastic and bound to be more successful in the future. *The culture amongst Consultants is admirable: mature, motivating and healthy. I have seen endless support between Consultants, even who are technically in the same sales area. A "plenty to go around" attitude is present and limits petty competition of seen in other MMLs. *Unlike many of my $$,$$$ earning friends, I work this biz part time and find it satisfying. I make approximately $1000 a month, which is fine for me. If I wanted to spend more time doing RF, my earning would increase. This is a freedom that RF gives you (no sales quotas, you decide how much you want to make). *Incentives!! Prizes, trips, etc....
Cons
*Consultant support calling center-ugh. Each representative gives a different answer to the same question when I call. Very confusing. Some RUDE. *Training is different based on who your up-line is. A standard intro training FROM RF (binder/videos) to learn standard practices would be more comprehensive. Most outstanding C's create these for their team, but ideas/suggestions/culture vary amongst teams.
