Pros
The pay and benefits are pretty damn good, but, it ends there. Also met a few super talented smart coworkers who I will stay in touch with.
Cons
Don’t know where to start outside of there are too many to list. The job and company many of us were sold on years ago is nothing like what you really live once you’re on the inside. Political, rife with micromanagement, zero direction from a leadership perspective, no career growth opportunities unless you’re liked by the right people in leadership, etc. I have never worked anywhere that reinvented the wheel so much either, the lack of organization planning and strategy is baffling. All the employees don’t have any faith in leadership except for a few who have been there for many years and have been promoted so many times they can’t complain. I’d stay as far away as possible to save your sanity.
