Great pay. Good environment. Likable people ALL in which generally are very educated in camera knowledge.
Cons
God this place. Well. Know that they people that have worked there for 10-20 years and they will go out of their way to make your life a living hell, especially if you are a young “amateur” employee. They have received more than enough complaints yet because they have been here for a decade, not one thing will happen. Also all of the women that work there generally end up leaving within a year because of how poorly they are treated. They definitely rally for the men, it’s pretty obvious (and just strange). All of the positive comments here are probably people who work in the back (you don’t interact with anyone nearly) but once you step onto the sales floor working there, it’s downhill from there. Always undermining you, calling you out for silly things, belittling you. One woman worker in particular was being paid $2 less an hour than their coworker (a man) while doing the same and sometimes even more work.
