corporate takes over your kitchen. Quality is no concern only say if they could put you in a cut resistant bodysuit they would. really they don't care about you, they just don't wanna get
sued. their vendors are horrible, They want you to buy everything from Sysco at the lowest quality just so they can save a dime. which kind of makes sense because they are the Sysco of catering. you'll never get a bonus as long as long as you work there. Any second of overtime will cause a conniption among the higher ups. The benefits are average at best they are not worth the toxic corporate culture.
The quality of the product is extremely outdated. this is the kind of company where older chefs/managers go to die.
