Pros
None, nice at the beginning
Cons
I was here for several years and didn’t see a meaningful pay increase the entire time, even while taking on more responsibility and consistently meeting expectations. What makes it worse is watching promotions go almost entirely to people with personal connections to senior management. From the outside everything looks polished and professional, but internally the politics are very real and hard to ignore. These connections go far beyond normal workplace networking. There is a level of closeness and favoritism that feels inappropriate and uncomfortable, with blurred personal and professional boundaries. It creates the strong impression that relationships matter far more than performance. Meanwhile, employees who actually carry the workload are overlooked again and again. Some people seem to do very little yet continue to advance or face no accountability, while others are told to keep waiting for opportunities that never come. Morale is low, trust in leadership is weak
