Fast pace environment is fulfilling for people who like working under the pressure of timelines. I personally enjoyed my time working there, the staff is all friendly and hospitable. RDI is definitely on the pace to grow into a larger more sustainable company, it would be a great place for anyone who wants to bring that vision in fruition.

It's hard to anticipate what you'll be working on day-to-day since it is a fast paced work environment where you'll be working on many studies. It's also a high pressure environment, which may not be suitable for some. Benefits aren't great, no vision benefits, no retirement match, you'll pay most of your insurance premiums.

Despite the negative reviews here from employees in years past, RDI has actually put in the time and effort to revamp their business model, SOPs, work culture & project team. The project team members are all great to work with & the new addition of a lab director, product strategist, and Senior VP of Ops has really strengthened the leadership of the company and has placed responsibility in the hands of people who know what they are doing. The company is in a transition period, but the direction they are headed in is positive. Backed by investors and with new team members coming in soon who are ready to make a change, RDI is an intriguing place for opportunity and growth. Standardization of workplace practices has also been implemented.
