- Salaries below market rate - Extremely racist as well as sexist management - Incompetent managers with no previous experience who barely speak English - HR have a hire and fire approach (hiring too many people at busy periods and then letting them go as soon as business slows down regardless of staff performance) - No sick pay rights - Very poor cleaning standards - Rats are to be found in both guest areas as well as back of house - Staff food quality is horrendous; Food poisoning is common and chefs do not cater much for vegetarians/vegans/muslims - Unfair dismissals are prevalent - Freezing temperatures in back of house areas during the winter period - The General Manager is only interested in profit and does not care about staff satisfaction.
