-Awesome Workplace. I worked in Head office (i.e. RCP, Ghansoli)....workplace is awesome...all sorts of facilities are available. World Class Gym...Basketball/Badminton Courts...Lots of greenery.......and many More....... Best place to work when you are Retiring....but make sure you join in position wherein you get a Cabin.....

-Worst Work Culture, If you will try to impress your superiors by working hard....Boss get ready to be exploited. - Expect few maximum seniors are not supportive. They will pull you down. - Growth in form of monetary ....... Hahahahhahaa don't even think of it. - Forget about Social and Family life.....Saturday and Sundays are OFF.....but you have to work from home......even if you are on a holiday maximum time you will be on your phone or laptop..... ( To spend quality time with friends and family just put your phone in airplane mode....but you should be ready for shouting post return:P) ......and many more....can't list all !!!!!
