Depending on your personality - it’s always busy with new projects and opportunities coming up. I personally really love it. If you prefer environments that are more predictable/structured, you may not like it as much.

Extremely smart, innovative and passionate people. There is a high level of autonomy on projects, but everyone on the team is ready and willing to help each other out. Plenty of opportunity to grow your strengths and also explore other areas of the business. Great benefits (unlimited vacation, insurance, etc).
