The hours (it's not unusual to work a shift from four in the afternoon until 1 am) Management (unqualified, disrespectful, and unprofessional) the pay (MINIMUM wage for incredibly tiring work) The actual environment (the air conditioning is almost never run in concessions, the poppers give employees burn marks, there is mold growing in the theaters, etc.) The lack of caring on the part of management The new CEO's policies (he came in and changed EVERYTHING) Weekend shifts (it's not unusual to see 1,200 customers in a forty-five minute set) Working holidays are mandatory
