~ Work-Life balance ~ Quiet Flexible with working hours ~ Well-versed with technology but have no strategy of how to use it efficiently
Cons
~ Unstable working environment. ~ Frequent hire-fire. ~ Confused Leaders. ~ Unclear strategy. Every year there is a new strategy and everything start from scratch. ~ Favoritism attitude. ~ No growth plan. ~ Worst HR organization I came across ever in my career so far.
