Pros
The best part about Ram is it is fun. There has been much change here over the past few years and it has greatly improved the office. The teams have camaraderie and work well together to meet goals. The company is rapidly growing since recovering from the downturn and it is a very exciting time to be here with all the positive changes. Senior managers seem to be more accessible and friendly than ever and are supportive of new projects and initiatives. If you are going to work in real estate this is one of the best places to be.
Cons
It can be hard to make the transition from lower level employee to middle or upper management. It happens, but promotion seems to be on needs of the company instead of seniority or length of stay. I have noticed this in other small companies too but it is still sometimes frustrating if you get passed over.
