They have a great work/balance and flexible work arrangements but depends on your manager.
Cons
A horrible place to work. The worst thing is the clear and obvious bullying that HR is not only aware of, but is part of. If you have no ethics or morals and are willing to trample on everyone to get what you want, this is the place for you.
