Pros
Working from home definitely has its perks! I was able to schedule my breaks around when my daughter needed to be taken to school and picked up.
Cons
Not enought training, they fly threw new stuff training material and then throw you into live calls expecting you to give excellent customer service when you aren't able to find accounts and information for the customer In a timely manner. And if you have a question it takes management forever to read your question and respond. Also when calculating your metrics they do not take into consideration down time for team meetings or one on one coaching towards meeting productivity goals. Was moved up from a Case Manager to a Quality Assurance role with more responsibilities and increased metrics but no increases hourly pay.
