      Pros

      the people at the RNC are wonderful, caring, and creative. You will learn a lot about partisan politics and the way the Hill operates if you decide to intern there.

      Cons

      The only downside is not getting paid! It can be really expensive to live in DC, but fortunately they are very flexible with the hours you need to work (aka you can get another part-time job if you need extra money).

      Pros

      Networking and exposure opportunities. Doing real meaningful work. Balanced work time and off time.

      Cons

      I saw that in the past interns have only been payed $100 per week- this is not the case anymore as it is now 4x that amount . The internship is just not long enough.
