Pros
RINET went through a management buyout in 2009. The new ownership has increased job satisfaction and the company is growing. This growth should lead to advancement opportunities. RINET has been very flexible with my schedule and supportive of my needs. It is a collegial working environment and my views are considered and appreciated. My work is challenging and I enjoy the client relationships.
Cons
RINET is trying to get out of some old lines of service, such as tax return preparation, but this has been difficult to phase out. While the time spent on these services is limited throughout the year, I find it stressful.
