Thank you for your review and sorry to hear your feedback on our pay and compensation. Our goal is to pay fair, equitable, market-level salaries according to country standard, individual experience and job role.
In 2022 we carried out a fresh audit of salaries to benchmark against the market. Upon findings, we made adjustments to salaries in a number of our key markets to match or be close to those benchmarks. We have also recently released a group wide bonus plan so overall take home pay is increased.
We realise however, that inflation continues to be felt globally which in turn, puts a strain on take home pay. In addition to benchmarking, we have a number of initiatives in place to support our employees in this period and will continue reviewing to see what more we can do.
