Pros
Great work/life balance Compensation is good, but negotiate from the beginning, raises aren't great Good Benefit packages Quality of people are good, there are some really smart people there, (also balanced out by some not so smart people) Your experience will depend on your account, agency is completely split up by account.
Cons
Your experience will totally depend on the account you work on, the agency is totally split by account The shop is 100% driven by scopes and production. Which isn't good, b/c you end up arguing with clients about money on a regular basis especially on what work is covered and what isn't for each project. This is a a hold over from the early days when it was a video production shop. The agency is split across 4 buildings on West 39th, and some accounts have it REALLY bad. 333 is a DUMP.
