      Everyone was in it together. Felt like everyone was pulling on the same rope

      Cons

      Lots of instability. Often was doing work that was out of the scope of what I was supposed to be doing.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
