      Good team environment. Comparing with other discounted brokerage, the call center is much more friendly and relaxing

      Cons

      Less upside potential, sometimes manager would not allow you to attend training sessions, even they are available.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
