Flexible schedule and small commission , you can take off when you want and they do not trip over appointments and unscheduled days
Cons
Management is just as petty as the workers. They gossip and back bite and HR allows it because they are in on it. There is no job growth at all. The management takes sides over small things and lacks the ability to be a fair leader. Now the leader who lft was fair and did not fall for pettiness and gossip which people could not handle because they wanted to have their way.
