Toxic work environment, semi-veiled nepotism, employees are scapegoats, non-existent communication with employees and customers, poor upper management decisions lead to mid-level managers being punished, poor business decisions have led to customers "firing" us or cancelling contracts, little training opportunities, upper management talks about being a team while doing many things to divide us, customers are sold an inspection plan then ghosted, employees that try to maintain positive field relations are labeled trouble makers for bringing serious concerns to management and all of this has led to a mass exodus of seasoned, knowledgeable employees.
