I especially appreciate how they believe in growing their products through internal development wherever possible resulting in true value and uniqueness. Other highlights include: * Flexible work environment. * Lots of growth opportunities for talented and dedicated employees. * No day is the same. * Basically a relaxed environment as long as everyone is doing their job.

It is a very fast paced atmosphere that can overwhelm someone not use to a very dynamic work environment.
