1. You can check how they have skewed the rating from nov.19 to now, previously their rating was 1.5 and suddenly after nov19 it increased, so you know definately they are skewing rating. 2. So much politics, you literally have nothing free, everthing is decided by management and you have to stick to it, even a single deviation will result you getting fired. 3. No benefits at all worse than a service company. 4. People at higher positions are just incapable.
