      Steady remote contract work with a lot of work to do to keep the flow going.

      No advice for Management. You do wonderful. Keep up the good work!

      Pros

      They have good connections with big companies for outsourcing of talents. Latest updates and data base of resources/candidates for projects across India.

      Cons

      They doesn't care of the their outsourced resources which they place for big companies. One's salary is totally dependent on the review and approval of their On-Site clientele. They hire for project basis ranging from few months to few years but deduct gratuity from salary, which in any case you will not get as the project duration at site are for less than 5 years.
