      Flexibilty of when and where to work. Good communication. Easy to use app.

      Cons

      Pay doesn't match experience due to supply and demand. Supply agencies take a cut of what schools pay so therefore schools are looking for to pay minimum pay scale M1. Supply agencies can't/don't pay into the TPS

      Pros

      Some schools are nice, was at a school for 2 years.

      Cons

      Too far locations. If you're having issues with the school you've been assigned to they make it out as if its your fault. Pay is terrible, it took me 2 years just to get a small pay rise. No sick pay, they complain if you take time off when you're sick.
