Poor management of what could be a great company - Proposal/Sales Proserv Employee Review

Proserv have let go almost all of their experienced managers/employees and have promoted within the ranks and replaced them with second/third rate "cheaper" operations managers etc, unfortunately these operations managers etc don't have the knowhow or experience required, thus leading to incredibly and at times unbelievably poor decisions being made.
