Learned a great deal of skills and experience in hr especially when using different data bases and processes. Met some great people who want to keep learning and growing.

Cons

Poor management from department managers and store manager. There’s tons of ego tripping especially among assistant store managers. they fire the great workers but keep the slackers. they definitely play favorites and if you don’t kiss up, they find a reason to suspend/fire you. They stress out the part time retail associates and aren’t lenient with their lack of sick time.
