If you're considering joining this company, I would strongly advise you to think twice. Behind the polished image and promising job title lies a deeply toxic work culture. One of the most glaring issues is the prevalence of ego-driven leadership. Many team leads seem threatened by anyone who performs better than them—and instead of encouragement or mentorship, you’ll often be met with subtle bullying, power-tripping, and gaslighting. They make it a point to patronize those they see as “underdogs,” but not in a way that uplifts—instead, it feels like they thrive on belittling others to protect their own fragile sense of authority. There's a culture of suppressing talent rather than cultivating it. If you’re competent, expect to be questioned constantly, micromanaged, or excluded from opportunities as a way to keep you “in your place.” Initiative and skill are not celebrated—they're punished. Feedback mechanisms feel performative at best. Concerns rarely reach the top, and when they do, nothing changes. What’s worse is the emotional toll—gaslighting is a common tactic used to make you doubt your own experiences and instincts. The amount of power-tripping from people in mid-level positions is enough to drain your motivation and make you question your own worth. Overall, I do not recommend this company to anyone who values a healthy, respectful, and growth-oriented workplace. There are far better environments out there—places that don’t just reward hard work, but also protect the well-being of their employees. Don’t ignore the red flags. Choose wisely.
