    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Amazing peers - Great management - Freedom of choice regarding tech stack - Working from home, sometimes 2-3-4 times a week - Great benefits, eg: 30 days holidays - No micromanagement, communication is open and clear among members and management - Relaxed environment - Company events and loads of craic - Cool stack (AWS, Java, Scala or something else you like), Macbook Pro - No BS

    Cons

The only downside is the location. If you have a car and live in North Dublin or if you are able to get the 40D bus easily, it won't be a problem.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the good work!

I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time

    Pros

You can work from home once a week

    Cons

Terrible training, doesn't prepare you what's coming on the phone. Management is unsupportive and interested only about metrics and how many calls you take rather than supporting you so you could do better. Only stick, no carrots.
