Pros

Able to create a schedule that works for you.

Cons

Constant policy changes, with little to no notice. Not a stable work environment. No notice that they switched from paying every two weeks to every month, resulting in a 6-8 week pay gap. Breaks Ohio law, but they refuse to address this. Do not have their patients' best interests in mind. Profit-driven. Constant leadership changes that aren't communicated well make it a matter of luck knowing who to get in touch with. The CEO flat-out lies to employees, and management shakes their heads and doesn’t want to contradict him. He constantly sends weird status updates on the work chat of his inappropriate parenting, where he shaves his kids' heads when they lose a bet, and of the guns he owns. Complaints of malpractice by other practitioners have been raised, but there is zero evidence that anything has been done to address them. Was promised to be making $100-140 per hour. On average I make $60/hour with their compensation model. Don't let them fool you. It is not possible to see 6 patients per hour x 12 hours and provide good care.
