Work Envoirment - Administrative Perry Moving & Storage Employee Review

Great atmosphere; the owner is easy to get a hold of; the owner allowed me to run and grow my department; the owner and his wife are great to work for; the Christmas parties are always great; the pay was great as long as I performed well; I never had any problems taking time off or vacations; great place to build a career.

Long hours, but I like working long hours as long as there is money to back up my hours, and the money was there. Unfortunately I had to move out of state for personal reasons and I had to leave my position at Perry.

Can make some decent money. Growing company.

No room for advancement unless your last name is Perry. Company does not follow MD overtime laws, and shorts their employees on EVERY paycheck. Trucks and employees driving were generally unsafe, and there is a lot of turnover due to the toxic culture. Unless your goal is to make the Owner money... DONT WORK HERE!
