Exceptional company to work for. They always put the customer first no matter the circumstance.

I haven’t ran in to any cons.

PSI has a tremendous culture and it is apparent with the levels at which it Invests into their employees. From covering your healthcare premiums to constant effort to improve the business, PSI puts people first. I've been at multiple large organizations and have not seen anything like it.

Construction in general can be messy and comes with inherent risk so, things will not always go perfect. The cons of PSI would be more about having to work in a challenging industry that can be very competitive in nature. PSI takes a different approach to the business that helps get through some of those difficult moments.
