Business outlook
Pros
The people; the people you see on a daily basis. The people that make you happy and smile. Some great people go in and out of the main door at Percussion year after year, winter after winter...some great people. Remember them and stay in touch! Heck, one might walk right back through the door any day (you never know!).
Cons
The downsides are definitely the upper management and their inability to see, help or communicate with employees. They seem to have a desire for the customer first, which is good - but what about the employee first? They seem to have no desire except to win customers which in turn will just destroy employees since they seem to not value them.
