No pros apart from me learning how to deal with toxic workplaces and me learning about boundaries.
Cons
The most toxic place I have ever worked with incompetent owners who bring their own personal drama into the workplace. A lot of favouritism and high school level drama from the owners, especially from the male owner, who is only nice to you if you are single and kiss his a**. Will literally not even say hi to you and walk past you if they decide that day that they don't like you. The owners bring in other team members under the disguise of a meeting, but actually have a talking badly session about other members - I have been on both sides of this. Owners copy cat from other brands and have no originality. They also used to date, so you can imagine how messy that is.
