      Non, you get to know your place being a minority here.

      Cons

      Very racist company with no chance of advancement if your a minority. The big positions are handed to caucasians with no experience what so ever. All the Pro comments on here are written by corporate people.

      Pros

      Great place to get your foot in the door. Loved working with both maintenance supervisors I worked for. Learned a lot in a short time at a smaller shop

      Upper management is very reluctant to promote you. Got the runaround despite my immediate managers and district manager pulling for me.
