Pros
- The office was a friendly environment.
- I was provided the necessary training to succeed at my job.
- The management was approachable and kind.
- It was a great small business feel where people cared about each other beyond the work.
- I enjoyed the group breaks playing a game of "H" (shortened version of H-O-R-S-E) just to get up and move around a bit away from the computer and interact on a relational level.
- I felt I received a fair wage for what I was producing for the company.
Cons
It is a small business so there aren't a ton of opportunities for higher-level advancement, if that's what you're looking for. However, the owners and management were good at noticing and rewarding effective/hard work. They also seemed willing to invest in and commit to folks interested in committing to a career at Pediment.
