Pros
I really liked my co-workers and team lead. I like the flexibility of making my own schedule. I liked my clients, for the most part.
Cons
Upper management left little to be desired as they are so far removed from the difficulties of this job. Pay is based on face to face meetings with clients and a lot of the time there is not enough clients to meet a full time schedule. Pathways would rather keep hiring people, keeping you at part time hours, so that they don't have to pay you benefits - at least that's how it seemed to me. There is no opportunities for advancement so you are just kind of stuck at the same level.
