A PR tragedy.
-Although legal, it is unethical as it is immoral to neglect a hard earned bonus to employees just because they left or got terminated prior to the payment.
-Pressure in endless. Expect to work long hours and no recognition to do so.
-Poor management-Managers have little to no experience in KYC and don’t really do anything. Instructions are given for the analysts to lie to the client about their progress to keep
managers looking good.
-People are here only for a paycheck. Don’t expect a meaningful job.
