Pros

You can wear jeans every day.

Cons

-Morale is extremely low - A bunch of slightly above average people doing the wrong things - Never worked at a place where NO ONE knew the accounting system; and management could care less, and will continue to hire people who don't have a clue. - Very political. All about who you know and who you do things for. Not meritocratic at all. Great people leave this environment for upward mobility and more challenging positions. -Lack of strategic direction - Large quantity of dead weight employees who management lacks the courage to deal with -Company condones backstabbing, negative office politics, and gossiping. There are a ton of dirty tricks people use to get ahead at this company. Temps are treated like dirt. Promotions and jobs should be based on work performance, not how many people you flirt with and gossip to. - Terrible on boardng process. Again I would like to emphasise- no respect for temps.

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
