Pros
Paramount Pictures will always have its share of detractors, particularly recently due to downsizing. I have been through four regime changes but one thing stood out. It was a great run with a good solid company. Paramount may not be the best and the biggest among the studios but the company cared for its employees.
Cons
Downsizing has resulted in years of lay offs. The regime has not been focused on producing quality movies of late, but otherwise a great company to work for.
