Pros
-higher than minimum wage -pretty flexible for scheduling -good team -performance reviews about every 6 months -room to grow
Cons
-no tips -only get bonuses if the location you work at makes money (unlike mine) -open on holidays, but only Christmas and Thanksgiving is time and a half -majority of the time I don't feel challenged, or its the same things every day -even as management i work 6 days a week, with 2-3 shifts only 5 hours each
