Pros
It can be a very interesting entry level job. It's a big company and employees are treated fairly. One can gain some good customer service experience. If you like the food there and don't mind eat it everyday, then the employee meal is a plus.
Cons
It can be boring and there is not much new stuff to learn once you have stayed long enough, unless you move up to manage level. One has to a lot cleaning job. For example, every new employee has to clean the bathroom.
