PPI's culture is embraced by all staff and comes directly from executive management -- there is no bullying, harassment, or discrimination at PPI. Each colleague values the thoughts and opinions of the other. The collegiality at PPI is very similar to that which is experienced when one serves in higher education -- we are thoughtful learners and listeners. And serving in our own "cocoon of higher education," we most certainly would not ridicule or otherwise harm our valued colleagues. Turnover has been an issue, as PPI is a small business in the competitive Silicon Valley job market. That said, PPI has employees who have been here for 5, 10, 15 years (plus). For those individuals seeking an innovative yet stable work environment, PPI is a great place to work.
