Management listens and addresses concerns. The shareholders truly care about the company employees. Compensation is fair and reasonable. There's a team dynamic - we're all in this together. The Charitable Foundation! The perks are great! There are enjoyable events throughout the year for all to join together and participate. Remote work is possible at times.

There are extremely busy times that might raise your stress level a bit - pretty sure that's how it is in any job. Keeping to it and asking for help where necessary can get you through.
